Experienced Mortgage Guidance Shaped by Resilience and Perspective
I’m Tiffany Swisher. I was born in Barbados, where much of my mother’s family still lives, and raised in Boulder, Colorado. After graduating from Colorado State University and spending a year snowboarding, I got a call from my dad reminding me it was time to get serious about my career. In 2003, I entered the mortgage industry, and I’ve been here ever since.
Over the past two decades, I’ve owned my own mortgage company, worked for banks, served as an in-house lender for RE/MAX Alliance, and successfully navigated the 2008 financial crash. Most recently, I worked as Gavin Ekstrom’s Business Development Specialist at CrossCountry Mortgage, where I gained valuable insight into strategic partnerships and scalable systems. Every chapter has shaped the way I show up for my clients today, with experience, perspective, and resilience.
But my greatest achievement is my seven-year-old son, Ragnar. The day he was born changed everything for me. He is my heart, my motivation, and my constant reminder of why I work as hard as I do. He’s truly my ride or die and the reason behind the drive.
